Refund/Cancellation Policy –
Full advance will be paid to you if you cancel the booking before 24 hours of the journey time. But, if you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the journey time, no amount will be refunded. We clear refund immediately and it will reflect in your account within 7 working days.
We inform our customers through message about
• Confirmation of booking
• Booking decline
• Driver details
Some instructions for customers –
1) You are not allowed to smoke or drink in the vehicle. You will have to pay fine if driver complains us about the same.
2) You cannot misbehave with the driver of the vehicle.
3) In case you fail to pay fees, we will take actions that are available under law,
4) You will be blacklisted from our customer list for booking our service in future if you fail to pay the full amount or misbehave.
