Four Zee Cabs and Software OPC has rights to check and verify the information which you have provided any time without giving any reason. You can request for service through three means – phone, website and website application
 
Service booking through phone–You can call us at 1800 270 1332 By booking through phone, you agree to our terms and conditions. We will record the call for quality and future training purposes and store the information you have given us via phone. In case of any change, please inform us promptly so that we can provide you best service.
 
Service booking through website–Visit our site –4gcabs.co.in to place a booking. It is compulsory to mention valid mobile phone and email id at the time of first booking. By signing up, you agree to the user terms governing our site. We will store all the information provided by you. In case of any change, inform us so that we can serve you best.
 
Service booking through mobile application–You may download Four Zee Cabs and Software OPC app on your device for booking from the comfort of your home. By downloading, you agree to the User Terms. We will store all the information provided by you. Inform us promptly for any change like contact no., address.
 
One thing more, it is your responsibility to check that you download the correct app for your device. We are not liable if you don’t have suitable mobile or you download any wrong version of the app.
 

By using our app or service, you agree that
a) You will only use our service or app for your personal purpose.
b) You will not permit others to use your accounts.
c) You will not use our service or app for unlawful purpose.
d) You will not strive to harm our service or app.
e) You will not copy nor share the app or website content without written permission from Four Zee Cabs and Software OPC.
f) You will keep the password confidential which we give you at the booking time.
g) You will give valid proof of identity when requested.
h) You will only use an authorized network for our service.
i) If you are requesting transport service by SMS, messaging charges will apply.
j) You will adhere all applicable law from your home city to city you are going.
k) For any trip changes, instead of dealing driver, contact us directly.
 
Booking Confirmation
After receiving the booking request, we will confirm or decline the booking on the availability of vehicles and inform you through an SMS and email. When the booking is confirmed, check the booking details and if there is any incorrect detail, inform us immediately by calling us at 1800 270 1332 You will have to deal with result and damage that is caused due to your delay checking of confirmation message/email or informing us to rectify the incorrect details.

 
Payment
a) Cash Payment – You can pay to our driver after reaching the destination.But, make sure that you pay all fees in cash timely to the driver.

b) Online Payment –Online payment can be made in advance to Four Zee Cabs and Software OPC through any methods offered on the website and app. When you switch to an online payment, we collect the fare.
